Paying a visit.. ADDITION: Hinata is DEAD?!

It’s really sad that I could not update my blog for the meantime, our DSL connection got cut off. I miss you guys and I miss my blog. Anyway, just wanted to greet everyone and hope you’d visit me often here. I can’t seem to follow of what episode Naruto Shippuden is in now, but my friends teases me every time they see me at school since they have read from the manga that Hinata-chan already died for saving Naruto-kun. The fact that Hinata is my favorite character from Naruto, I felt so sad upon hearing from it and yet felt so annoyed for what they are doing to me, those mean classmates of mine emoticon

Anyhow, I’ll drop by here soon.

See ya guys!

Japanese Animation DVD Ranking: September 23 - 29

I have been browsing google and was looking for some anime rankings and just found out this one site that featured it on their news section. I was actually looking for some anime that I would like to see on the list but unfortunately it turned out to be “out-of-the-list.” Too bad though, the least I expect to have included on the rankings were there and a lot of anime that has been part of the ranking have been unknown to me and still haven’t watched them at all yet.

Update: The Japanese survey firm Oricon made some changes to its weekly animation DVD ranking charts for the three weeks from September 23 to October 14. The updated charts are listed below. The numerical ranks are for all DVDs and not just the animation DVDs, so the numbers do not run in sequential order from 1 to 30.”

Anime - My past world

Anime is an abbreviation of the English word "animation," originating in Japan through the roots of manga. Although the term is used in Japan to refer to animation in general, in English usage the term most popularly refers to material originating from Japan, a subset of animation.

Anime is traditionally hand drawn, but computer assisted techniques have become quite common in recent years. It is used in television series, films, video, video games, and internet-based releases, and represents

COMMENT:

I’ve been an avid fan of anime since I laid my eyes on Sailormoon anime series since I was still a frail and innocent yet lovely little girl. Later, when my parents applied for Sun Cable (cable provider) and discovered cartoon network then soon discovered AXN which my anime marathon was unstoppable. Ever since we had cabled TV, I couldn’t leave my room. All I do with my boring life is to watch shows on TV especially anime series. As I started asking how does “Anime” ever created, my father told me that it’s done hand drawn. I was around 8 years old back then, looking for a bunch of unused notebooks and compiled everything. Bought a pencil and a pen; holding my papers and pen while waiting for the anime shows to start.  As the show started, I stare at the characters without blinking my eyes and started to draw them. That’s the time I started my “Self-training’ and slowly learning how to draw on my own. I’m pretty much obsessed with anime long time ago. I treated it as somewhat my “own reality” compared to the “real” life I really have. Though because of this, I became an anti-social freak and got a little interest of people around me since I only care about my cabled TV, papers & pencils and my major element – ANIME.

This blog will be all about anime and stuffs related to it. Hope you’ll have fun reading my posts here.
